PART A: E-COMMERCE & SUPPLEMENT PURCHASES
(This section applies strictly to products ordered via our website for shipment.)
1. General Conditions & Eligibility
- One-Time Purchases Only: All products sold on this website are strictly one-time purchases. We do not automatically enroll you in recurring subscriptions or auto-ship programs.
- Geographic Restrictions: We only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not accept international orders or ship to international destinations.
- Age Requirements: There is no minimum age requirement to browse our website or purchase our supplements. If you are under the age of majority in your state, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission to make a purchase.

PART B: WELLNESS JUNKIEZ LOUNGE (IN-STORE SALES & PRIVATE RENTALS)
(This section applies strictly to transactions, operations, and private venue rentals at our physical lounge location.)
1. In-Store Sales Only
All lounge products, including freshly prepared juices, smoothies, shots, and teas, are sold strictly in-store. We do not offer online ordering, delivery, or curbside pickup for lounge menu items.
2. Final Sale, Sampling, and 48-Hour Refund Window
- Final Sale: All purchases made at the lounge are final sale. Because our food and beverage items are freshly prepared to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you dislike a product after purchase.
- Sampling: To ensure your satisfaction, we gladly allow customers to sample any premade items or bases before making a purchase. Please ask our staff for assistance.
- Non-Receipt of Product & 48-Hour Forfeiture Rule: If a transaction is completed but you do not receive your ordered food or products (e.g., due to an operational issue or system error), you are entitled to a full refund. However, you must claim and process this refund within 48 hours of the transaction. If the refund is not requested within 48 hours, it is permanently forfeited.
3. Private Venue Rentals (Giggster/Peerspace/Private)
By booking our lounge facility for private events, productions, or gatherings through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Giggster and Peerspace), you agree to the following terms:
- Platform Rules Apply: All bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policies, fees, and rules outlined on the platform through which you booked.
- Host Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline any booking request or cancel an existing booking if the event type violates local ordinances, safety standards, or our company policies.
- Overtime and Damages: Renters are strictly responsible for ensuring the event ends on time. Any overtime will be billed at the platform’s standard hourly rate. The renter assumes full financial liability for any physical damage caused to the venue, equipment, or furniture by themselves or their guests during the rental period.
- Vendor and Catering Restrictions: Any outside food, catering, mobile bars, or external equipment must be approved by Wellness Junkiez management prior to the event date.
4. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
While our staff will proactively ask about allergies prior to preparing your order, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to clearly disclose any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before ordering. Wellness Junkiez prepares fresh items in a shared kitchen environment and cannot guarantee complete absence of cross-contamination.
5. Guest Conduct and Right of Refusal
To maintain a safe, welcoming, and health-focused environment, we reserve the right to refuse service, refuse entry, or eject any individual (including lounge guests and private event attendees) from our lounge premises at our sole discretion. Unruly, disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior toward our staff or other guests will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from the property.
6. Liability of Physical Space
Wellness Junkiez is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while you are visiting our lounge or hosting an event. Furthermore, by entering the premises, you and your invitees assume standard risks associated with a public dining/event space and agree that Wellness Junkiez is not liable for incidental personal injuries unless caused by our gross negligence.
PART C: GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
(This section applies to both online and lounge customers.)
1. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wellness Junkiez, its owners, directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use or consumption of any products procured using our services. You assume all responsibility and risk associated with the use of dietary supplements and freshly prepared food or beverage items.
2. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
3. Changes to Terms and Conditions
